(More customer reviews)I was excited to receive this guitar, but when I opened the box, I discovered you sent me a right-handed version of this guitar! Very dissapointing. I'm glad that Amazon has a relatively user-friendly return policy, but it would have been nice to have had the option of replacing the wrong item with the correct one. As a long-time Amazon prime member, this is one of the few occasions in which I have been dissapointed in the results of my shopping experience.
