(More customer reviews)I picked up one of these because I needed an inexpensive guitar, light weight guitar to take on a trip. My expectations were very low because of it's price and my past experience with Epiphone products from years back.
The action, fret dressings and overall quality of fretboard work out of the box really suprised me. I won't say it was perfect, but it was good enough to avoid immediate work and for this price I would say exceptional.
The finish is good. The included pickup is also above average for a guitar of this price range... It's just a solid starter electric guitar at an excellent price.
