(More customer reviews)On the surface, the Stedman Pro lap steel guitar seems to be a great idea.I mean, a lap steel is a pretty simple instrument, so an entry-level lap steel shouldn't need to cost a lot.However, it has a major flaw:the bridge is more than an inch too far back.Consequently, if you pay attention to the "fret" markers, you will be out of tune.

I am a professional guitarist who decided to take up lap steel.Luckily, I was able to return it for a full refund.
