I was pretty excited when I got the bix box in the mail whipped out the guitar.I actually got a really slick blue with my starter pack. Then my joy began to fall into dissappointment. The tuner was incredibly difficult to use for someone who has never played guitar before, I even had a music teacher tell me to go out and buy a new one. Then I went to online support with Ibanez for the promised lessons, they weren't there.Six months later they still aren't.I had to buy a book with a cd to start the learning process, dispite the promises of Ibanez. Then the really cheap gigbag straps broke when I had it on my back dropping my guitar on the ground.I now have the bag held together by paper clips.I still like the guitar but I still won't recommend this starter pack.I went to a local guitar center around me and they said this is typical of Ibanez, which is why they recommend stratacasters.Ibanez Jumpstart IJX20BKN
