(More customer reviews)Okay, I received my guitar without a case as well.I called Amazon and the guy I spoke with was great.He apologized and said yes, it is a listing error but he made it right by offering a bit of a discount on the already low price which I thought was extremely fair.I've ordered a hard case now and although I had to pay some out of my own pocket, I know I'm getting a decent case as well.It's all good in the end and the guitar is well worth the price paid!
