(More customer reviews)I was a little worried about this guitar since there was no feedback. It's cousin Silvertone SD50N Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar, Natural had very good feedback and you can get it in package with other stuff. I was very much wanting the guitar with the pre-amp Clearwave 10 and for only $25-30 more. I thought it was a great deal and found out it had a built in tuner.
After receiving it, I was greatly pleased. The tone was very impressive and even more so at this price. The build quality is tremendous.
The only problem we had was we thought it was the preamp wasn't connected to the output jack at the bottom because it would work quite right. The problem turned out to be, I couldn't get the included sound cable all the way in. It had about .125" yet to go in the jack but it wouldn't go in any further. I pushed and twisted and it did go in. It was just a matter of being so new that it had difficulty. Now that I know, it's fine and it wasn't the guitar at all.
My friend, who has played for 35 years(or longer) and owns many guitars, has said this has the best sound he has ever heard out of a steel string (acoustic) guitar at any price.
It is beautiful and each appear to be different considering it is a true sold piece of wood (spruce) on top and back and sides (Mahogany).
