(More customer reviews)I placed the order on the 10th of Dec for this item because all my 6 yr old son wanted and asked for all year for XMAS. We were to get the order in two days because we pay for the special that Amazon has, anyways it all went bad from there.When we received the order, it was the wrong color.(coffee instead of metallic blue) We tried calling the company and the phone numbers we had were no help, then we found out that we had to contact customer service through email and we did.We received an email back telling us that we had to take a picture of the item and the outside of the box to make sure that the wrong item was shipped. Like we didn't know what we ordered and that it was wrong. We replied and let them know that this was the only thing that our son wanted and the severity of the matter of his XMAS being totally ruined. Our reply then was that they were going to send out another one and it would be the blue one that we originally ordered in the first place and that it WOULD BE HERE BEFORE XMAS.On Christmas Eve the UPS man came and delivered the amp ONLY!!We contacted customer service once again and they send an email back telling us that the order would come in two different orders and we would receive an email soon letting us know the tracking information, the guitar didn't come later and neither did the email.At this point, I have contacted Amazon to let them know how I felt about this situation and am still waiting but very disappointed especially in the morning when my two children get up and our 6 yr old see's that Santa didn't listen to him on the ONE PRESENT that he REALLY wanted and asked for all year round.I'm very upset about this to the point that after I received the amp this morning, I was crying my eyes out thinking about how disappointed our son is going to be.It
s not like I can wrap the amp, give it to him and then tell him that the guitar will be here shortly,right?I gave plenty of time for the order, for them to make it right and everything.. VERY UPSETTING and I don't think any child should be that disappointed-especially on Christmas morning!It's definately not AMAZON'S fault, they are right on it and have their team working on it but the company needs to pay attention to what they are doing. If it were their child I'm sure they would make sure that they had the right item for their own....
